Revenue and pricing strategy
We audit your pricing architecture, discount patterns, and deal structures. On average, clients recover 6 to 11 percent of lost margin within the first quarter after implementation.
Most consulting engagements produce a slide deck and a handshake. Ours produce different P&L statements. We work with owner-managed businesses and mid-market firms across Northern Ireland and the wider UK, typically over 8 to 16 weeks, until the numbers move.
Book a clarity callWe spend five days inside your operation. That means sitting in on sales calls, reading your management accounts, talking to your team leads without you in the room. By Friday we know where the friction is. No questionnaire can replace this.
We present a short document listing what we found, ranked by financial impact. Clients often know most of the issues already; what they lack is the ranking. We assign rough cost-of-inaction figures to each item so the board can decide where to begin.
We pick two or three priorities and work alongside your people to fix them. If the problem is a broken pricing model, we rebuild it in a shared spreadsheet, test it on live quotes, and iterate. If the problem is a reporting gap, we configure the dashboard ourselves. We do not hand you a recommendation and leave.
Every change gets an owner on your team and a 90-day metric. We check in monthly for three months after the engagement ends, at no extra cost, to make sure the improvements stick.
We focus on problems that show up in the numbers. If it does not affect revenue, margin, or cash flow within a quarter, we probably are not the right firm for it.

Where is time going? We map your core processes, identify bottlenecks, and redesign workflows. One logistics client cut order-to-dispatch time from 72 hours to 31 hours after a 10-week engagement.
We build financial models for your three most likely futures and stress-test each one. You leave with a decision framework, not a guess.
Growing companies often outgrow their org chart. We help you restructure reporting lines, define role boundaries, and create hiring plans tied to revenue thresholds rather than gut feeling.
Before you hire a sales team or enter a new market, let us pressure-test the plan. We look at unit economics, capacity constraints, and capital requirements. Some clients discover they should grow slower. That insight alone can save a company.
Our diagnostic week starts at £4,800. A full engagement of 8 to 16 weeks typically runs between £18,000 and £45,000, depending on scope and team size. We quote a fixed fee after the diagnostic, so there are no surprises.
Yes. About 40 percent of our clients are based elsewhere in the UK. We travel for the diagnostic week and can run the sprint phase as a mix of on-site and remote days. International projects are possible but we evaluate them case by case.
We work best with companies generating between £2 million and £50 million in annual revenue. Below that, the consulting fee is hard to justify. Above that, you probably need a larger team than we field. Our sweet spot is the owner-managed business with 20 to 200 employees that has outgrown its founding playbook.
Large firms sell senior partners and staff junior analysts. You get a polished deck and a six-figure invoice. We keep teams small: the person who sells the project is the same person who does the work. That means fewer layers, faster decisions, and someone who can actually answer your questions on a Tuesday afternoon.
We tie a portion of our fee to agreed outcomes. If the metrics we defined together at the start of the project are not met by the 90-day review, we refund that portion. It has happened twice in 137 engagements. We would rather share the risk than pretend it does not exist.
A clarity call takes 30 minutes. We will ask about your revenue, your team, and the one thing keeping you up at night. If we think we can help, we will propose a diagnostic week. If we cannot, we will say so.
